Newtown Food Festival is a annual event organised by Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn Town Council with some elements organised under a contract by the Newtown Food Festival Community Interest Company, a registered company in England and Wales with the number 11787077.

The NFFCIC is made up of directors and volunteers. The directors are currently:
