Exhibitor/Trader Application Form

All exhibitors must fully complete the form and include ALL documentation.

Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th September 2024

Please note that:

  • COVID: Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn Town Council and Newtown Food Festival CIC reserve the right to cancel or amend any part or all parts of the event in line with Welsh Government Covid-19 guidelines.
  • Applications must be completed and confirmed by 31st May 2024
  • We aim for a variety of exhibitors for visitors and select a range that will complement each other.
  • We will contact you to confirm whether your application has been accepted.
  • There is NO PARKING for vehicles on site, with the exception of Food to Go vehicles.
  • Oversized units will only be accepted at the organiser’s discretion.
  • If you arrive on site and your unit does not fit within your allocated space, we may not be able to accommodate you elsewhere on site as space is limited and no refund will be given.

You can either opt for an outside pitch, which is for exhibitors with a van, trailer or gazebo, or a pitch inside our festival marquee.
