Please note that:

• Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn Town Council and Newtown Food Festival CIC reserve the right to cancel or amend any part or all parts of the event due to a range of circumstances.
• Applications must be completed and confirmed by the end of May 2026.
• We aim for a variety of exhibitors for visitors and select a range that will complement each other.
• We will contact you to confirm whether your application has been accepted.
• There is NO PARKING for vehicles on site, with the exception of Food to Go vehicles.
• Oversized units will only be accepted at the organiser’s discretion.
• If you arrive on site and your unit does not fit within your allocated space, we may not be able to accommodate you elsewhere on site as space is limited and no refund will be given.
